Refund & Cancellation Policy
Spack Solutions Pvt. Ltd., provide technology services including website development, mobile app development, custom software, SaaS products, digital marketing services, branding, and consultation.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be approved.
A. Project-Based Services (Web, App, Software Development)
- All advance payments made for project initiation are non-refundable.
- Work commences immediately after onboarding, and resources are allocated; therefore no refund is provided once the project has started.

If a client chooses to cancel the project:
- All completed work until the cancellation date must be paid for.
- No refund will be processed for milestones already delivered or approved.
- If Spack Solutions is unable to complete the project due to internal limitations, a partial refund may be initiated after deducting work already completed.
B. SaaS Subscriptions (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
- All subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the billing cycle begins.
- Cancellations can be made anytime, but no refund is issued for the remaining period of the ongoing billing cycle.

For auto-renewals:
- Clients may cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
- No refunds are provided for already processed renewal payments.
C. Digital Marketing Services
- Payments made for monthly retainers, ad management, content creation, SEO, and branding services are non-refundable, as resources and time are allocated upfront.
- Advertising budgets spent on platforms (Meta/Google/etc.) cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
- Early cancellation does not qualify for a refund of the remaining period.
D. Consultation / One-Time Services
Payments for consultations, audits, or strategy sessions are non-refundable once the service is delivered.
E. Wrong or Duplicate Payments
If any duplicate or incorrect payment is made:
- A refund will be initiated after verification.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days.
- Early cancellation does not qualify for a refund of the remaining period.
