Return Policy
Our services primarily consist of non-tangible digital deliverables, hence returns do not apply in most cases. This policy clarifies situations where returns or revisions may be applicable.
A. Digital Services (Web / App / Software / SaaS)
- Digital products, source code, and deployments cannot be returned once delivered.
- Revisions or fixes will be provided as per the agreed scope, SLA, or AMC terms.
- There are no shipping charges for digital deliverables.
- Feature additions, redesigns, or extra workload outside scope are billable.
B. Physical Items (If Provided)
Only applicable if Spack supplies branded merchandise, documents, or hardware (rare cases).
A return may be accepted if:
- The item was delivered damaged,
- There is a manufacturing defect,
- Wrong item was shipped.
Conditions:
- The client must notify Spack within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Replacement will be provided; no monetary refunds for physical items unless stock is unavailable.
C. Digital Marketing & Consultation Services
Due to the nature of marketing execution:
- Strategy documents, ads run, content delivered, and performance reports cannot be returned.
- No refunds apply once work has started.
