Shipping Policy
Since Spack Solutions primarily provides digital products, SaaS services, and IT development, most of our deliveries are electronic. However, in rare cases where physical documents or merchandise are delivered, the following policy applies:
A. Digital Deliverables (Default)

All services such as websites, apps, software builds, reports, credentials, or digital assets are delivered via:
- Cloud drive links
- Project management platforms
- Deployment to client servers/app stores
- Delivery timelines are mutually defined in the project agreement.
- There are no shipping charges for digital deliverables.
- If Spack Solutions is unable to complete the project due to internal limitations, a partial refund may be initiated after deducting work already completed.
B. Physical Deliverables (If Applicable)
In cases where Spack provides merchandise, printed materials, reports, agreements, or hardware (only on special request):
- Items are shipped via standard courier partners.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be mentioned on the invoice.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on location.
- Clients will receive a tracking ID once dispatched.
- Any delay caused by logistics partners is not under Spack’s control.
